Dr. Neil Chandok

DMD, MPH

Originally from Racine, Wisconsin, Dr. Chandok is passionate about creating beautiful smiles and improving patients’ self-esteem. His interest in dentistry began during his volunteer work at a children’s nonprofit clinic, where he discovered the transformative power of dental care. Understanding that a smile is one of the first things people notice, Dr. Chandok is dedicated to helping patients feel confident through expert orthodontic care and is deeply committed to providing a comfortable, patient-centered experience.

Dr. Chandok brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, having earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, followed by a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health, where he also completed a joint Master of Public Health (MPH) degree. Furthering his commitment to excellence, Dr. Chandok completed advanced specialty training in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics at the University of Illinois–Chicago (UIC) and is a board-eligible orthodontist.

Outside the office, Dr. Chandok enjoys basketball, soccer, traveling, cooking, attending music concerts, and hiking.

In addition to providing top-tier orthodontic care, Dr. Chandok is fluent in Punjabi, Urdu, and Hindi.
